Many people are put off from making their own background papers and greeting cards because of the perceived printing costs. These aren't actually as bad as you think, but certainly my own cartridges cost around 30GBP so even I cringe when the printer goes on and 20 pages of Barbie come out! I am a believer in using original inks too ... rather than refill kits as I believe the 'spin' that they work 'with' your printer for the very best printing results.
